Personally, the fact there are three creases in the lower right corner pushes it at least down to 4.5. There's something about a series of creases vs. one crease that makes me less forgiving. It's distracting.

 

Still a nice book, one of my favorite Spidey covers.

Nice book I would say 4.0/4.5 based on the creases on the front cover and the chip at the top of the back cover.

I'm leaning toward 4.0...although possibly 4.5...the top spine corner is pretty rough front and back...but definitely a decent copy for the grade...

Looks like there's a larger crease through DD's foot, as well as the spine corner chips & the other wear. Very nice-looking 4.0.

If you were selling to me, I would feel 5.0 is fair....my opinion. I also initially thought there was a huge crease thru DD's foot, but since you say there is not, I don't see why those 3 relatively small creases at bottom corner would effect grade that much.
