I hafta go with 4.5, as well.............that moisture rippling on the BC will kill the grade. i had a copy of this book in much better overall shape with similar rippling and it got knocked down to a 6.0...........but, maybe it could sqeeze a 5.0.......

 

this is one of my alltime favorite books. Even though Strange Tales 114 hinted at what was to come, it was still a thrilling moment to see this sitting in the comic rack just 4 months later back in 1964................
