I still have a certificate/letter good for a free standard grading for winning one of the last trivia contests in 2004. It doesn't have an expiration date on it, so I assume it's still good.

 

They were supposed to be good for 1 year. They just forgot to date stamp yours (I had 1 like that).

I'm sure CGC will honor any coupon unless the expiration date is etched in stone. ;)
