cases?

This past summer I bought a package of five hard, plastic display cases for my comics. I can't remember what they were called and want to order more from some online store. Anyone have a clue what these cases are called? Who produces them? They are like CGC cases but open and you can insert books into them easily. Thanks for any help.

No, it wouldn't be the BCW ones. Those just came out.

 

I am assuming he means Millcase or perhaps topload.

Gotta be the mill cases ... I have a few and they are like cd cases for comics. Kinda pricey from what I recall.

Does anyone use these? I remember almost on buying a bunch of these, when I was restarting my collection. But I don't buy raw books anymore so...

Yeah, I have about half dozen. Too expensive really - but I use them to take books to conventions for SS or sketches. They keep the book very well protected although the static cling tend to adhere the front cover of the book sometimes. I also keep my signed copies that weren't witnessed.

Avoid the Millenium Convention Cases, I just don't see them as worth the effort, but I will give them one chance at Planet Comicon in Kansas City to be 100% sure.
