Is that a water stain near the top left of the back cover? If not, 5.0.

5.5 to 6.0 is my guess

 

Am I wrong to assume these underground books were often printed on inexpensive paper? Does that make page tanning more of a problem for these books

Scuff and Wrinkles on the spine. Otherwise pretty decent shape. I have never seen that issue, pretty cool!

I was actually thinking at least a 6.0, maybe 6.5

No water stain on the back cover, but some small stains or foxing near the bottom of the front. Yes, Ug's are notorious for using cheap newspaper and ofter have yellowed pages. This is considered one of the very first Ug-C (the 49 cent cover price makes this a 1st print) and this one is Dennis Kitchen's 1st comic (Kitchen Sink).
