It came out to about $35 a slab and that included postage and a very nice reader copy. I will miss it.

Yeah, I signed up for the subscription service in October and he said my first shipment would be in March.

Some bad news to report, I'm canceling my subscription service. I've

been running another business, Micurio.com, for about a year now and

its been too difficult as of late to run both. In case I haven't told

you, Micurio is an online community for sharing collectibles. Sort of a

MySpace for collectors.

 

According to my records I owe you a $33 refund for issue #491. Let me

know what email address and I can paypal payment to. Thanks again for

being a subscriber and hopefully you'll consider registering for

Micurio if you haven't already.

Thanks for posting that.

 

Considering that Colossus Comics is probably CGC's largest submitter of modern comics, I expect there will be some repercussions throughout the industry.

 

(I also think that they were partly responsible for keeping the price of modern slabs down by instituting a " price ceiling" on most modern 9.8s.)
