A "Blip" on the Radar

I was going through some of my old, "forgotten" books, and came across this beauty. I actually bought it off the newsstand.

 

Published in 1983, I didn't have the heart to put it in the Modern Forum.

 

I think it's a great book, and I don't see it too often. Anyone else have fond memories of this stinker?
