In my opinion, it shouldn't be. But obviously some other bidders feel differently.

 

There are probably a ton of these in warehouses or fan boy collections (non-graded).

she's been commented on in recent threads about books that are selling for much higher than one would normally expect.

Well, the seller looks familiar...wasn't he aquiring books on the bay for good prices? I like his story...boy, aren't all hg collectors "anal".
