Just won the above TTA 87 in supposedly NM- (9.2) and I'm hoping for a Easter Miracle from "The Saint".

 

I'll post a scan as soon as I get it so the group can judge the grade.

GPA is ~ $100 for a 9.2 and $45 for a 8.5.

So I didn't get killed unless it's below 8.5.

the BC LRC might have a scrunch but it could still be an 8.5 or 9.0. of course those GPA prices are CGC graded so i'm assuming you need a 9.0 to break even??

I agree with the previous two comments regarding the top edge and bottom right corner of the back cover, but it does look like a sweet copy...good luck!

I recently bought several Batman Giants from that seller and was very pleased with the results. He said VF+ and he was spot on if not under.

My opinion:

 

Top edge overhang has no tears.

It's just bent in in that one spot.

 

Bottom left corner has a slight 3/16" crease.

Top right hand corner the same.

 

Also a small ding by the CCA stamp is up there.

 

Back cover is 9.6.

The strong light from the scanner makes a shadow on the overhang and it looks five times worse than it does "in hand".

the scans show less problems on the LRC BC than i thought were there. now i feel more comfortable agreeing with your 9.0 estimate. clean the slight dirt off the LRC BC with a soft eraser before sending in...... (thumbs u
