How do we even know the guy's name is Tony? For all we know that was the name of his cellmate

The most likely suspect was a guy named Tony, he had his name tattooed on his neck. He also had a iPod or PDA containing pictures of Hulk #1 Marvel Comics #1 and two other books.

someone said theres more to the story than they are letting on so I would think they have a good reason for thinking its him It is strange though how someone could just walk off with books like these... wonder how they did it... also they are not giving out any names or anything just the info about the tat... granted a most likely one of a kind tat but thats like saying it was the one armed man who stole the books

I once saw a booth where the books were underneath the table at the front of the booth. I was checking them out. There were some HG JIMs etc. Very unsafe.
