FS: Amazing Spider-Man #4 - First Sandman

Here's the scans. I'm asking $125 OBO Shipped via Priority Mail. trumps all!

 

According to the person I originally bought it from, the comic was put in plastic with a board in 1989. It was kept flat. It is complete and the cover is well attached. There's light moisture damage and stains on the pages but they are flat. Small corner tear off the first inside page, otherwise after the first 2 pages are in good condition with light stains from moisture.

That looks like one I saw on eBay about 6 months back when I was hunting for a copy of this book. Guy was asking quite a bit more though and wasn't willing to budge.
