I was initially talking to the owner about it a few days ago. Friendly guy, and certainly did his best to inspect the book for me (it originally didn't include info about the MVS coupon--you're welcome ). Although he was very friendly and helpful, he didn't really profess to be an expert grader. For me, if I'm spending more than a few bucks on a book, let alone $100+ I want the comic to be graded within 0.5 or 1.0 if I'm getting it for a good deal.

 

Take blob's advice: bid on it as you would a VG+ and you'll be fine. As is, it already appears to be outpricing a VG+ so... I'd consider taking less of a gamble and keep digging around.
