Just ask him what the serial number is. Say you want to call for graders notes. No way he would be able to tell from a scan of an old label slab.

I think a person who lists something as unrestored when it apparently states CGC RESTORED on the label will qualify as a bigger . Whether you are new or not is besides the point I figure you can read. But then again I might be wrong...

At least he didnt say the scanner changed the color of the label. I could never buy this book unless it was in person. Good luck to the bidders, I wanna see how this plays out.
