Aftermath of Secret Invasion MAJOR SPOILERS!

16 posts in this topic

The end of Secret Invasion will result in two major happenings: First, two mid-level characters have been purchased from DC and will become one monstrous villain. Second, an unanswered question that has lingered in the Marvel U and its sub universes will finally be answered after decades.

Here’s what happens – at the end of SI, a lunatic claiming to be the father of Captain Mar-Vell attempts to kill the surviving Skrulls with a null-bomb. As the bomb is about to detonate, Access arrives from the DCU, trying to escape a battle between a deranged Jean-Paul Valley and a very PO’d Tigorr of the Omega Men. The reality warp sucks in the null-bomb blast and draws Gargara (the guy claiming to be Cap’s dad), the Skrulls, Jean Paul and Tigorr into the universe of . . . 1602!

Now somewhere in the deeply-forested middle-western area of Europe the results of the bomb have played havoc with the physiology of the Skrull survivors. They’ve lost the yellow pigment from their green skin and become very diminutive. Worst of all, they can no longer change shape and must look to the oldest survivor to lead them in this struggle. Only a combination of hedge-science (that the humans view as alchemy) and quick wits are keeping the tiny skrulls alive while being hunted by Gargara and the monster that was created by the physical combination of Jean Paul and Tigorr. The only thing the beast remembers is the name it used to fight crime under in the DCU . . .

The following spoiler picture reveal the answer to the question many of us have asked for years . . . Where did they come from?

I wanna see Smurfette in fishnets like Black Canarys costume...it's always been a dream of mine :)

That image is somewhat disturbing, but I'm sure you could get a commission from one of the artistic boardies. Used to be one on the boards, but she's lost somewhere in Canada.
