First let me apologize for the freakin size pic here...it was sent as a bmp and I am not sure how to change it and reduce it. Would this pass for a VF/NM as I might pick it up.

I don't know, that's pretty tight. Looks to me that it is somewhere around a 8.0-8.5, BUT it might get a 9.0 on a good day.

I'd say that stain on the right side of the front cover drops it out of the VF/NM range.
