At least I enjoy my job. Outdoor work.........on my own all day......lunch and breaks whenever I need / want them. Still, nothing is as good as VACATION !!!

Next vacation for me.....is July 2009. San Diego Comic Con

On your own outside all day? I hate to guess.

How many times have you been to San Diego ? I so want to go.

You so want to go!! My first was in '77. Stayed at the El Cortez....and I've been to 15 - 20 all together. Heh heh......I like comics

You still haven't told us what you do for a living. Outside all day, breaks whenever you want? I'm torn between policeman or pimp. :baiting:

Trying to talk my wife into either Chicago or San Diego next year for my first big con. There's nothing around here. What about the crowds, don't they get tiresome?

I work for the Utility company. I started out as a meter reader.....now I'm whats called a field rep. I just drive around town all day doing various water/electric related jobs. Part of that unfortunately includes collecting from people who havn't paid their bill......or shutting them off.

As for big cons.......San Diego is warmer (thumbs u Plus.....Grinder will be there :headbang:

Utility guy? Sounds nice except for the people that haven't paid. Bet you've been called a few nasty things.

The second any verbal abuse comes out of their mouth......I imediately disengage from all further communications ..........and shut em down.

Mostly though.....people know they are behind.....and I do everything in my power to help em keep things on.....but sometimes, you just can't. The worst thing is how often people will lie right to your face. Man that irritates me.

Have a good night gents. I'm off to bed.
