Woo hoo! The Holiday English Bitter came out great! I'm drinking beer and hoping for a snow day!

 

Sweet Mac.....how much did you brew? 5 gallons? I think I'm gonna be brewing a new batch this weekend. Since I finished the bathroom remodel.....my wife said I could have visitors again..... (:

I am soooo tired...had a road trip tuesday night (4 hour drive AFTER I worked all day at my day job, then after 8 more hours at my 2nd job - I got off work at 11pm) got to my destination at 3am, turned around at got up at 6am, gave my class (finished at 11:15am), then drove the 4 hours back to start my night job shift and worked until 11pm...

Working two jobs is a biatch!
