I love it. Spread the news.

Saw them at Red Rocks in Colorado in May this year. Great show.

This is my favorite shirt. Wore it in Toronto Con this year. Got a ton of compliments as I was getting blitz at the Irish Pub:

hey guys....does anyone know the print run of issue #50 (erik larson cover). i think it was a 1/20 variant, so i'm assuming somewhere in the 7,500-8,000 range. anyone know for sure?

???

not sure...you think it was 8k?

a guess. if the book was a 1/20 variant, and the book typically sells around 30,000-35,000 copies, than i would guess 7,000 copies roughly out there (i made a math mistake putting 8,000)

would anyone be willing to do me a favor? i don't have paypal, but there's an issue of walking dead i need for sale on ebay, but it's paypal only (contacted buyer, he said paypal only). when the bid gets close to ending, would someone be willing to bid on it, and if you win, let me send you a M.O. or official bank check?

I'm sure I'm late to this as well. Is the walking dead preview in The Agents #6 loved at all? Some dude on the bay is hawking it at $20. If this is old hat, just point me to the thread since all the searches I do end up with Fear Agent in them!

hm I was actually not aware of that one! :o

i see your hm and raise you hm hm hm

i didn't know that it existed myself!

j

I didn't know about it either, and I'm usually on top of Walking Dead stuff. If it's true, that's a pretty cool book to track down.

I know it's taboo to step on peoples sales, but... I did a search on eBay and just bought one for about 5 bucks ($1.49 + shipping). The seller is mycomicshop and they had 2 so...

The highest-selling black-and-white title by several dozen country miles, The Walking Dead also holds several other records: the number-one Image title. The number-one creator-owned, non-superhero book. And one of the strongest titles in trade paperback of all, with three volumes hitting the NYT graphic books bestseller lists, the only book not named Naruto to do that. And look: only a 0.66% drop over the past year, statistically insignificant. In today’s economy, holding on to your sales is an achievement all on its own.

Sounds like you are in the ballpark

Okay, I'm starting to get a little irritated by the comments. Let me put this together.

Notice that everyone is saying they didn't know. It's because people didn't. It's the reason you are finding some for cheap right now. Because the seller didn't know.

This is no different than the Dreamwalker situation for Goon or Noble Causes/Tech Jacket for Invincible. Only difference is I didn't announce it or buy the copies on the market.

You got a cheap price. Great. Don't disparage my auction because of it.

I believe it was more like 25,000 as there was a reprint. This would place the cover variant at about 1200 copies.

Sorry dude, no disrespect meant.

Did you perhaps buy the copy I mentioned above? It sold overnight. If so, you got the heads up for another flip. (thumbs u
