yes, my LCS confirmed with me that its 1 per account and 1:50, and they're charging $50 for the book FYI.

 

I've been quoted and have secured copies ranging from $8-$50 with the majority in the $20-$30 range. Some of the stores are checking Ebay now

I expect it to settle at that price when every comic store lists it on Ebay tomorrow. Right now the early listings are getting a premium. Alot of stores claim they didn't even know they were getting it.

The way I read the order form it is a 1 per store and additional copies are 1:50 but it is the same variant.
