I'm happy with my 9.6 on this issue. This is the first 9.8 of it i've seen made available.

Get the raws and if an issue blows up in the future, you can always sub the 9.8s later. Unless you have a terrible source 2/3 of them should be 9.8 candidates.

MCS auctions achieve some of the best prices on the net imo. And the books are, by and large, accurately graded. I only consign with them now.
