She has been around a fair amount. Spider-Man/Black Cat: The Evil that Men Do, the mini Kevin Smith did. There's also Claws, with Wolverine. She was also prominent in the second volume of Heroes for Hire.

 

There are plenty of Silver Age and Golden Age heroes who don't do squat but fetch healthy prices in their first appearances.
