WW Chicago On-Site Submissions

I know from a recent email I received from Gemma that CGC is accepting on-site submissions for moderns. Does anyone know if they also accept on-site submissions to re-slab a book with a cracked case? I would like to submit the book to replace-the-case, and leave with it at the end of the day.

 

I don't see it covered in the email, so I am assuming I would have to drop off the books, but would have to pay the costs to ship the books back to me.

I asked the same question about 3 weeks ago and the answer was no. I wanted to do the same thing and wound up having to mail them in anyway.
