You may have seen this one before, just not mine. Newly acquired

 

FC- nick on top left. Top right corner, and more so, bottom right corner worn. One "Marvel' chip on RHS of cover. On the bright side, that spine is gorgeous.

 

BC-Bottom left corner worn.

 

Interior- tanning on pages, 1 page has a dime size chunk out of border, doesn't cut into artwork. Cf attached.

The paper looks very questionable. Assuming it's not brittle, I'd say the best you can hope for is somewhere in the 5.0 range due to the corners. However, if the paper is brittle (and it appears to be) much less than that. But it looks great.

 

And the 5.0 may be generous - I have a GA book that has VFish appearance but a few dime-sized pieces out of the pages and it was slabbed as a 5.0.

The pages are indeed just starting to be brittle on the very edges. I hope that isn't where the corners went to.

I agree, I don't see much wear on the spine - nice! But with the other flaws, i'd say it is a 4.5, maybe 5.0
