Another from my small group I picked up on Sunday:

 

FC-finger marks? on upper rhs. Yes, that is a decent size lower staple tear.....

 

BC-small chip lower left, goes through to 3 pages.

 

Nice tight book, lies flat, no real gloss, but I think it came that way? Tan pages, cf tight.

First of all, beautiful book! Great color, nice and square with no significant creasing. The tear near the bottom staple is a heart-breaker.

I'd like to say it might be a 5.0, but the tear is pretty hard to swallow, so I'll go with 4.5 as well.
