Q: Length of time to file for eBay transaction

I have a book that has not arrived and is approaching 30 days. What is the max number of days eBay/PP allows to file a grievance?

Thanks that is what I was hoping. I first inquired after two weeks...the book was just found and is being shipped so I was told. So, that basically allows me to give him his "one more week"...thanks!

Make a note to yourself to file on day 40, even if he said it was mailed, cover your arse....
