Though it might grade a little lower depending on how they look at the back cover.

Thanks rjpb - I was getting a little concerned with the low marks from the other judges. I was thinking 4.5ish myself. There are no pen marks on the book - that is from printing. Also, don't know if you can tell but that is not a fold on the upper left BC - just the shadowing.

 

In any case, thanks all for your opinions.

It think 4.5 is about right. The book has great eye appeal, but the tears along the top front and back, the chip on the back, and the indented staple bring the technical grade down.
