All Star Comics 1 Purchased from Heritage raw as an extensively restored VF/NM. It has color touch, pieces added, tear seals. It couldn't be CGCed due to an overhang.

 

Having a tough time grading it, (some non-colorbreaking creases that look like they've been fixed up) I'd probably grade it a VF+.

 

8.5 guide value = $11,950

 

9.0 guide value = $15,300
