Spawn 1 - Black and White edition

So I was digging through some boxes and found this. Seems it came out some 5 years after Spawn 1. Some kind of incentive book. Looks like its $20 in last years guide...but on eBay its going for $80-$100. What is this craziness? Is this legit or some kind of "UPC varient" craze all over again?

I had one sell for $70 a couple months ago on eBay. Shocked me at the time!

This is being discussed in the Copper Forum. It's real, rare book and the black makes it relatively hard to get in high grade.
