I personally haven't seen any past 66. It is possible there are more as the gentleman who sold the books to Motor City is still in possession of several books. Mostly Bronze I believe. He only sold what he need to in order to make ends meet at the time. Once his finances improved, he stopped selling.

Yes, that is what I overhead Michael Goldman telling Steve Ritter one year in SD while at the Motor City booth. OO lost his job around the mid 90s and needed to sell books to get $$. Per Michael, he got around 8,000 of these books. The OO would only bring the books that guided the most to Micheal. Michael said that he has never been to the OO's house so he does not know what's left. Yes, I rule
