Just posted a page from the Superman Annual 11 by Dave Gibbons (and Alan Moore). Very memorable story from my personal golden age of comics.

 

The pages do seem to be few and far between and I regret passing on a couple in the past. I'd still love to find the "Burn" page if anyone's ever seen it.

Wonderful page and classic art. Bruce Timm did a decent version of that story for the Justice League cartoon series, but nothing beats the original.

Outstanding page from an outstanding issue !! I agree, Timm & co. did a great job on it, and this only raised the awareness of the classic issue.
