I have 1 original illustrated Disney -script left in my collection. About 10 magazine-sized drawn pages by Wm Van Horn similar to this:

Most of the scripts on eBay are photocopies of type written pages.

I don't know much about scripts so please don't take this as me being trying to be funny or rude.

Wouldn't it just be a word document or do they get stamped or something when they get sent in? I have heard Alan Moore makes notes in the margins but don't most guys probably just type these things up? Couldn't they print out hundreds of copies if they felt like? How would you have any idea you were getting an actual -script?

there's a new Watchmen illustrated oversize book put out by Gibbons with help from Chip Kid, and Gibbons has his copies of Moore's scripts with handwritten notes from Moore and marks by himself to take it from printed word to visual medium.

It's a nice book, and it shows what scripts might look like on the collecting market.
