I may have a similar situation to buy out an estate , but don't receive a couple of large checks until around Dec. 20th . So , I may need to look into someone buying several "key's" , etc. at a discount , and with the option to buy them back in Dec. at an agreed upon % . These would prob. include a couple of Avg. 's #4's , ASM #129 , #50 26,27,31,33,35 ,39 , GL #76 , Several Black Terror's , and possibly 20 - 30 SA TOS , TTA , ST's , and FF's in the 8.0 - 9.0 range .

I am fairly conversant in "Hooksese." What he is asking for is someone to front the money for a deal because he is a little cash poor until late December. Presumably the part to be worked out is what Hooks' option strike price will be for the re-buy and whether the purchaser will be obligated to sell at such strike price.
