Hey guys, I've been looking for a Fancy Pants Edition vol.01, I always knew they weren't cheap, but the only ones I can find on feebay are ridiculously overpriced.

 

What on average am I going to spend in one of these?

 

 

 

It's the most desirable of all his hardcover releases. For a nice copy with a nice dust jacket I would expect $150 or so, unless you find one on ebay listed in an incorrect category.

 

There have been some sets of Fancypants 1, 2 an 3 along with Chinatown that have gone int he $300-350 range, with the lion's share of the value being the volume 1.

 

Buying the Vol 1 by itself will usually bring a premium.

 

rantrant Still too expensive for my taste, I could get a good Omnibus for that kind of money...

They should make individual hardcovers for each TPB... Anyway I'll have to keep my eyes open and see if I can snag one at a fair price. Thanks! ;)

You know what's a damn shame? A book with only one issue out *cough*Bedlam*cough* has 700 more posts about it than one that's been out for over 12 years. No accounting for quality stories and art when there's a quick buck to be made.
