2008/09 Grading Contest: Round 1

I will begin a little early. Round 1 will close on Tuesday at 10PM my time.

 

Send your answer via PM only. It would be great if you can use that PM for replying to all the rounds instead of sending a new one for every round.

 

I will reply once I have your answer for the round via PM.

 

I will not answer any questions this time, if there is a defect that does not show up in the scan, I will say so.

PQ is White. Those are two horizontal production creases on the front cover.
