Comic Book Villians?

 

I saw it this wekend via Netflix and thought it was pretty good. It came out in 2002 and starred Donal Logue and Michael Rapport as competing comic book store owners and was about their attempts to secure a yet to be discovered collection (think Mile High only 100 times better) from an old lady whose son had collected them and had recently passed away. Tons of comic book references made it geeky fun for me.

 

Any one else see it?

Yep- saw it a few years ago, happened upon it by channel flipping.

It was amusing, I'd recommend.

I remember seeing it a few years back on cable. In the seuences where they are naming key books one of them makes a gaffe: "Marvel Mystery #1"!

Great fun. A must see for comic fans. I love it when they get stuck on the 1st appearance of Wonder Woman. Classic scene!
