Need some help on this one, it came from unread dealer stock, it has color cracking along the spine edge which I would say is a production problem.

 

How much does it affect the grade?

I'd say about 9.4 with a shot at 9.6.

 

Your little corner tear looks a bit worse than mine, and the color cracking on mine doesn't appear very pronounced, not that you can tell anything by these images. I had 2 copies of #1, both with that little corner tear, so it must be a fairly common defect for that issue.
