A couple great paintings came in today. :cloud9:

First up is a great postcard size with a lot of Matt's great characters.

"Swirl" size 4x6.

Next is my first Dangerous Desserts piece. Definitely a cool piece for the collection. :)

This piece arrived yesterday. :)

The back to the Vile Valentines Cards. When I saw this piece I loved the skeleton reading his valentine under the mailbox so I had to get it. I like how the usual suspects are inside the mailbox spying on him as he looks at the card.

Thanks again, Matt. :)

A few more pieces came the other day. :)

First is the OA to Die Cut #2. Love all the detail in this piece. Really like the skeleton hanging as the pendulum with the noose dangling. :)

Next up is the OA for the wrappers of the Vile Valentines. Who can resist a mean heart. (shrug)

And last but not least "Cell Number" which was used for one of the Vile Valentines. Have to love a skeleton especially when its in shackles. :)

Thanks again, Matt. :)

While I'm on topic... hm

My Lady and I just celebrated our 7th Anniversary, which just happens to be on Halloween, and she was sneaky enough to contact our dear Shiverbones herself.

She was really quite proud of herself and I, of course, was absolutely bowled over by my gift from her:

Fully framed and perfectly matted:

In proper context, on our mantle:

Curiously enough, the gargolye and skull were not props for the photo -- we have them there year round! It looks really great bookended like that, but I'll eventually hang it "officially" near the entrance to our computer room (aka: my collectible vault and "secret lair").

*BRAVO, Matt!* :golfclap:

... and especially much <3 for my gal.
