It could be a prank or someone you had a run in with on the boards.

 

I dealt with Jason a bit and met him...people say he is a lot of things but creepy is not one of them.

 

I wonder if any of you tech guys would be able to figure out where the email came from using the ips or the email details...is that possible?

It's not Ewert, it's the previously banned member that (unsuccessfully) tried to pose as a new female member of the board for the last few weeks. He got busted a few days ago...

 

Somebody's idea of a joke to create a shill, make it female to get everyone all hot and bothered and name the shill as an anagram of one of the more infamous members of our community

It is an intriquing bit of fun actually.

 

There is one reference I could find to Jasmine Tarowe - a bit of Harry Potter fan fiction:

Now on these boards we have a Jasmine who proffered photographs of Monica Berlucci as representing themself.

The title of the email says it all. Probably some ex boardie with a mouthfull of sour grapes trying to pull your leg, I have received more then my share of prank emails from anonymous losers trying to get a reaction from me.

 

I just delete them, as should you and go enjoy your new kid.
