Finbarr Saunders was one of my favourites, followed by Biffa Bacon.

The Brown Bottle was always a favorite of mine, hence the avatar, I always liked Biffa but not so much Finbar, none of which are suitable for here.

I put a Nobbys Piles strip in Jimmers random thread and it was greeted with by some so I deleted it, I am not sure they all get our humour

I think you are right, but then again, I have only found one American comedy that was funny, Married with children, but there was hints of British humour in it.

Always found Victor hilarious. Not likely to be greeted with any less disdain here than Nobby's Piles, obviously.
