This is a current Ebay UK auction and we rarely see these types of bulk sales over here but I think it's quite bizarre in the way in which it has been described.

 

Surely they could have picked something more enticing than Marvel Age as their first picture?

 

"Also there are 2000+ of a comic from the 1955 with is on ebay for £7.80 each." WTF!

I saw that auction yesterday and I too was baffled why he would include a picture of bulk stock of Marvel Age. That would put me off bidding.

It's been turned down by most of the major dealers in the UK.

There are aprox 6000 copies of a Fantastic Four issue (398 I think) the one with the foil cover.

I hate it when people stick boxes of comics to the ceiling.

 

You have to lick the back of the comic (sometimes twice) being sure to coat all of the back cover with your saliva. Then a quick but forceful flick of the wrist and viola! You have to take the photo quickly though, because they don't stay up there for long.
