Charlton Sci-Fi

I dont have many more Charltons, but there are plenty great issues of OUT OF THIS WORLD, SPACE ADVENTURES, etc. with fantastic covers that could be displayed - even the not so great covers are fun to look at.

C'mon you Charlton fans...dont be shy!

I just got this one from a board membe (by accident...I bought another comic but got this one by mistake). It's got a cool early Aparo story in it.

This thread needs some love...anyone have some nice Charltons to post?

In the meantime, here is a link to a really interesting article on Charlton monster comics -- Gorgo, Konga, Reptilicus(saurs) -- that I saw on the Ditko-L Yahoo list.

How about a Konga vs Flying Saucer with Aliens cover

Cool cover. Those are some great Ditko aliens.. I am sure that these guys appeared in a pre-her Atlas story...I will have to investigate.

Nice collection you have there Tony!

Those pre-code SPACE ADVENTURES are simply Out of this World! Love those pre-code covers. #12 is always a fan-favorite, but I really think the #10 with the robots is a better cover -- very dynamic.
