Thinking of buying this book and wanted to get some opinions on the grade of this book from you guys.

Description of the book:

 

Invincible Iron Man #1 VG+, May 1968. 1/2" spine split at top. Small tear in cover by Iron Man's right leg. Tan pages.

Spine splits are a death knell for comics . . . the scans/photos are krappy (and the book may be worse then it appears) . . . and I bet you can even find a nicer looking 4.0 for the same price (assuming it's correctly priced).
