Question about re-holder

I posted this in the ASK CGC forum ,but have yet to get an answer.

So figured I'd try here.

I have a book that seems to have some marks on the inner well (see scan).

 

If I send it in for a new holder will they replace the inner well along with the outer?

From my understanding, I believe the answer is yes.
