I can't be bothered to track down a book because of a back cover ad

Don't worry. The market has caught on already about this 'ad'. I'm sure when you sell one, you will gladly get on board.

;)

Sure, the cash of a sucker is as good as anyone else's ;)

HOLY MOLY!!!!!!! :o That's my wallpaper on my iPad!

And rightly so. One of the best cover images of the character out of the original run.

comix4fun may be a Crow sucker like the rest of us. But he is at the top of the heap by owning the OA.

1-3, with a second print on 1.

Census wise, hardly any....

There are actually three printings of Crow 1. I picked up a set from a dealer that thought all the books were first printings, and found out #1 was a third. There are second printings of Crow 2 and Crow 3, but I've never happened across these books.

  • Crow, The Vol. 1: Pain & Fear (Reprints The Crow #1–2).
  • Crow, The Vol. 2: Irony & Despair (Reprints The Crow #3–4).
  • Crow, The Vol. 3: Death (Would have been The Crow #5 if published by Caliber).

I need to go back and check if these contain Caliber Presents #1 and A Caliber Christmas #1.

....and #0..... Or is that not considered part of the "set"?

That is new material based on a later series. The only other book that contains material from the first story arc is Death Rattle Vol. 3 #3. It contains additional artwork that O'Barr left out in order to meet the page count requirements of Caliber.

I had read somewhere that the Tundra run had 7,500-10,000 per book.

I just checked my set, and I am not seeing 'Inertia' (Caliber Presents #1) nor 'Atmosphere' (A Caliber Christmas #1) included in the Tundra material. But maybe I am missing them.
