For those who didn't read the first post in the thread, prices are firm. I'm been getting a bunch of lowball offers. While I appreciate the interest, it's a waste of time, unless you're offering $997 on a $1,000 book.

Per request, here is a back cover scan of the Strange Tales Annual #2

 

After looking at it closer, it looks more like an 8.5 to me.

 

I take it back. There is a light crease that doesn't break cover, top left back cover. 8.0.
