Last year a lot of silver and early bronze prices were reduced, at least in lower grade. Iron Man 1, Conan 1, some ASMs, etc. I'm curious if that continued.

 

A lot of lower grade DC's were reduced as well. I recall this happening big time around '94 or '95. They slashed the low grade stuff across the board it seemed.

 

A correction in the comic stock market... (shrug)

I got mine today but haven't had a chance to do anything but skim through it. I am initially struck with what appears to be more market reports. Flying Donut's caught my eye but I only caught the end about the relavance of the current Guide style.

Since I don't know everyone's real name to go with their nicks here, would someone more knowledgeable mind posting the names & nicks of those who wrote articles in the latest guide? Thanks in advance if anyone does it. :D

All of that aside, thanks for the info. I wasn't aware there was a newer #1 since I haven't been paying close attention to modern comics.

Note there appears to be something wrong with the Hulk listings. In the summary in the front of the top 20 Silver Age books Hulk #1 is listed at $40,000 but when you look at the listing for Hulk #1-6 in the guide section of the book the prices are all the same as last years and #1 is listed at $32,000 not $40,000. Given the increase in #1 and all the other expensive Marvel books I think they forgot to update the Hulk section in the guide.
