More detail on issue 1: back cover has small corner creases, some kind of rubbing transfer near spine. Front cover is very clean, nice spine, has a NCBC that runs the length of the book about 1/8" in from the right edge, small creases on top and bottom corners. I'd grade it at a 7.0 (OSPG in 7.0 is $27.50.
