So I guess I just waisted my time on this quick logo.

 

I'll keep you in mind when I have some commission work... smile.gif

 

But the three logo designs I was considering all had the lighthouse on the left, with the beam shining out down and towards the right, with the company name extending out from the lighthouse. Total width was exactly twice the height...

 

I would post one, but they all belong to the designers as I didn't buy any of the designs...

Gee... everybody's coming up with all these polite names...

One of the in-house faves was:

Angry Dwarf Comics

 

with a close second being:

Dead Monkey Comics

 

 

You can really do most anything with the formula:

(Adjective) (Noun) Comics

 

especially if the noun is an animal of some sort, or a cool plant. A buddy of mine has a shop in Texas called Purple Cactus Comics, and I once shopped at a place called Hungry Eddy's Comics...

There are a couple that are already in use, and the wonderful gals at sequentialtart.com might be a little chapped about the similar-sounding entry... but that's a cool list... thumbsup2.gif

1. Paragon Comics(domain name available) - simple name, sounds important, easily brandable.

or anything starting with Z that sounds cool.

That's really a good name. I would need to check though before using it in Texas. Before Time-Warner bought them out, the main cable tv company for much of the state was Paragon Cable. And even though the products are very different, there may be issues... confused-smiley-013.gif

Possbily. Though I doubt it if they were absorbed by TIme-Warner and that name/brand went away.
