Ok, the first link you gave was to a news story.

 

Yes, I get annoyed at all their art that always says inquire, not that I would probably buy any of it, just put a price on it for goodness sakes.

Whoops. My bad. The first link was a news story I was emailing a friend because it was in the neighbourhood of a friends house. We found out it was two doors down.
