Incidentally....what does PGM stand for in all the subject lines of these threads?

This is a tough one. I'd say without the color-breaking crease on top edge (center) this is a 9.2\9.4 book. Looks to be a non-color-breaking "bend" on the top right corner though, maybe could be pressed out.

 

I'd have to go with 8.0\8.5 on this one...gorgeous book though!!!

Yeah the crease is the only thing keeping this from a higher grade but it looks like an easy 8.5

No lower than VF+ 8.5, but I can't see it getting a 9.0 with that crescent crease either. Such a shame, because otherwise this looks like an easy NM- 9.2. Great eye apeal otherwise
